Under the leadership of the owner, Joseph DiFede, the company specializes in the development and design of custom, private homes, estates and investment properties, comprised of well designed and exceptionally built homes.
Together with its affiliated companies, Finest offers multi-faceted clientele services, including land acquisition and development, construction design and management, landscape design and installation and various real estate services including purchasing and selling of properties. With a wide array of talents, Our attention to detail, quality materials, methods and timely execution has earned us a reputation of excellence and superiority in all of these fields. We started this company to be different, to stand out from the rest and provide a service and product far beyond what is expected and we will never let that change. We work alongside architects, designers, subcontractors, real estate brokers, attorneys, suppliers, etc. and they all know how we feel about our industry and the service we provide to our clients. The owner of Finest Building comes from a family of successful contractors and new home builders. Joseph has been on a job site since he was a child, learning as much as he could and once he could pick up some tools he did. He worked along side his family for years perfecting his craft, managing projects, estimating, dealing with clients and researching better products to improve one home after another. He grew a passion for the business and realized that he needed to be fully involved in this field no matter what it took. The goal is to do right by every client and not to save a few dollars because no one will see it or know. Finest was built on our reputation of having a higher standard and we intend to keep it that way. Many companies make promises and most of them they can't keep. We promise to only put out quality work, to be caring, to be organized, to make our clients want to tell others about us and most of all be different than the rest.
