Finest Building isn’t a corporation. It’s a family business, run by Joseph DiFede out of Holbrook, building homes for our neighbors across Long Island. When your name is on the company, you build differently.
Joseph has been on job sites since he was a kid. He grew up around the trade, working alongside his family, picking up tools as soon as he could hold them, then learning every side of the business: managing projects, estimating, working with clients, and hunting down better materials and better ways to build, one home at a time.
Somewhere along the way it stopped being a job and became the thing he cares about most. He founded Finest Building to do it his way — to a higher standard than the rest, without the shortcuts. He later became a licensed real estate professional as well, so he could guide clients through the whole journey: finding the right property, then building the right home on it.
His rule is simple, and it’s the whole company in one sentence: do right by every client — never cut a corner just because no one will see it. That’s how Finest Building earned its reputation on Long Island, and exactly how we intend to keep it.
